Class Descriptions

BODYATTACK™  – is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals – from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor! BODYPUMP™ – is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast! Bokwa® - is a new and completely different approach to group exercise that is rapidly spreading across the globe. Bokwa® participants draw letters and numbers with their feet while performing an energizing and a addictive cardio routine. Moving together to today’s most popular music participants of all ages draw the Bokwa® L, 3, J, K and dozens of other steps. If you can move and you can spell, you can Bokwa®! (will resume in June 2013)

Cardio Kickboxing – Develop a strong core as you burn a ton of calories with easy-to-follow combinations of upper-body strikes, lower-body strikes, blocks and athletic drills make up this killer cardio workout.  No experience necessary.  No equipment necessary.

Circuit Interval Training – The circuit interval training workout is combination of cardio moves and strength training that will get you in shape quick! You will encounter a series of  fat-burning anaerobic and aerobic intervals and strength challenges. The class was designed with interval training in mind, the quickest way to burning fat and building endurance. We use our own body weight in addition to several props including steps, dumbbells, and kettle bells.

ISHTA Yoga – A basic, well-rounded sequence of poses designed to strengthen muscles that are weak, and stretch muscles that are tight. With an emphasis on breath and healthy alignment, perfect for newcomers to yoga and beyond.

Step Aerobics - This is an advanced cardio work out using a step platform incorporating choreographed aerobic patterns designed to increase your heart rate.

STOTT Pilates – Principles are breathing, pelvic placement, rib cage placement, scapular movement and stabilization and head cervical placement all work together for a perfect work-out.

Triple Threat - This is a full body, boot camp style workout that incorporates Turbo Kick, Zumba Toning, and Tabatas.

Turbo Kick - Burn calories and blast fat! Turbo Kick® mixes kickboxing and simple dance moves with music that makes you want to move it! You’ll love having fun and losing weight.
